1. Conditions of use
The dry oil injection control valve is suitable for dry oil injection lubrication systems with an air pressure of 0.45~0.6MPa, and is used to control the dry oil injection nozzles of the oil and gas circuits.
This valve is used in conjunction with the dry oil injection nozzle to form a dry oil injectionProcess lubricationWhen installed, the connection length between the valve and the manual lubrication pump shall not exceed 1 meter.
4. Instructions for use
1. The grease used must be filtered, uniform in texture, and within the specified cone penetration range.
2. A pneumatic triplex must be installed in the air inlet pipeline to ensure clean, dry and balanced air pressure.
3. No air is allowed to enter the infusion tube to avoid affecting the spray.
