This pump is suitable for filling lubricant into the oil reservoir of a manual lubrication pump with a pressure level of 31.5 MPa or a small electric lubrication pump with a pressure level of 40 MPa. Because this pump has the characteristics of oil discharge filtration, oil level display and easy operation, it is especially suitable for filling grease into lubrication pumps without filter devices at the oil supply port of the oil reservoir.

When the operating handle moves upward, the volume of the upper chamber of the piston gradually becomes smaller, and the lubricant is sent along the delivery hose.Smart lubricationIn the oil reservoir of the pump, the lower part of the piston gradually becomes larger, forming a negative pressure. The one-way valve in the pipe cap opens and sucks the lubricant in the oil barrel. When the handle moves downward, negative pressure forms in the upper chamber of the piston, the lower one-way valve closes, the upper one-way valve of the piston opens, and lubricant enters the upper chamber of the piston. When the handle moves upward again, repeat the above process.

1. When in use, one end of the oil delivery hose is connected to the outlet of the fuel pump, and the other end is connected to the supply port of the oil reservoir. After use, the other end should be screwed on the barrel cover bolt.
