1. Conditions of use

The VSN-KR double-line distributor has oil outlets on both the upper and lower sides. When the distributor piston moves forward and reverse, grease is discharged from the upper and lower oil outlets respectively. The operation of the distributor can also be directly observed from the movement of the indicator rod. Depending on the situation, the oil supply amount of each oil outlet can also be adjusted within the specified range by adjusting the screws.

This type of distributor is suitable for two-line dry oil concentration with a nominal pressure of 40MPa.Process lubricationIn the system, it serves as a metering oil supply device. Under the action of the alternating oil supply pressure of the two oil supply main pipes, the oil supply pressure directly controls the piston action to supply oil, thereby completing the function of quantitatively distributing grease to the lubrication points.

5. Ordering Instructions

If the distributor is installed and used at an ambient temperature other than -10 to 80°C, it must be specified in the order contract so that low- and high-temperature resistant oil seals can be provided during supply.
