5. Working principle

When the operating handle moves downward, the volume of the upper chamber of the upper valve closing piston gradually becomes smaller, and the grease is sent along the delivery hose.Smart lubricationIn the oil reservoir of the pump, the volume of the lower part of the piston gradually increases, forming a negative pressure, opening the suction piece, and sucking in the grease in the oil barrel. When the handle moves upward, negative pressure forms in the upper chamber of the piston, the upper valve opens, the suction piece closes, and grease enters the upper chamber of the piston. When the handle moves downward again, repeat the above process.

6. Instructions for use

1. When in use, one end of the oil delivery hose is connected to the outlet of the fuel pump, and the other end is connected to the supply port of the oil reservoir. After use, the other end should be screwed on the tank cover bolt.

2. The grease used must be clean, uniform in texture, and within the specified viscosity range.

3. The amount of grease in the barrel should be checked frequently to prevent air from being sucked into the oil reservoir when there is no grease.
